Hi there. When I try to boot up my
HP All-in-One - 22-df0023w the screen stays black but the power light flashes and the pc makes beep tones. 3 slower lower tones followed by 4 faster higher tones. This just loops back around and doesn’t boot up. I tried replacing the mobo battery just to be safe but it didn’t do anything. Can someone tell me what I’m supposed to do here please?

Greetings @BixMan19
Welcome to the HP Forum.
The 3:4 error indicates a component power problem.
You would have to run the PC in a minimum config using only components required to get a good POST.
1. External power brick
2. One stick of RAM
3. CPU having onboard graphics
4. MB
Then swap in each component, one at a time, until the PC will POST if the PC will not POST using factory components in a minimum config.
There is no way, I know of, to quickly ID the bad component.
