HP Recommended

When turning on my desktop all-in-one, there are a series of 4 very loud beeps, then a long beep.

I have googled the issue and appears to be something with a power cord?  My power cords had gotten mixed up but I believe the right one to be 65W but it does it when using that cord.  I went out and bought a 90W and it did the same thing. 

I don't know what it could be so any suggestions would be very appreciated!!
