Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought my All in One PC in 2018, had problems with PC crashing intermittently  when playing full screen video. The Mother Board was replaced under warranty, & didn't have any problems for a while. Now it has started doing it again. When the PC reboots, I get the message on screen, " The operating system did not shut down cleanly. Reconstructing cache metadata " 5 minutes later we are up & running again.

@KieranT -- yes, when Windows "crashes" while the disk-drive is being updated, the next restart of Windows must "repair" the file-system. So, what is causing the crash? Over-heating? Bad RAM? Failing motherboard?
