HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-b111

Help! My computer got stuck with the HP logo. Tried rebooting and hard reset. Even starting with the Win Logo + B keys pressed, it just shuts off my computer. If I press the escape key, it shows the BIOS screen, but the startup menu does not really show. It gets stuck with the screen below. Nothing happens if I press any keys.377221039_596607609129337_5796637891145570652_n.jpg

Hi @BoyetV

Welcome to the HP Forum.

The PC is halting at the Power On Self Test.

I don't see any storage devices listed in your image. I don't have a HP PC at this time so this observation may not be relevant to your problem. HP may not delineate storage devices in this situation or the system disk may have failed.

The BIOS should enumerate all basic hardware required to complete a successful POST. This would be the CPU, RAM, graphics, and possibly, storage devices.

Disconnect unnecessary peripherals.

Check hardware (if possible) as follows:

-Start the PC. Repeatedly tap "ESC" key.

-Select "F2". Run system and component tests.

Regards
