First I did Clear CMOS with that yelow button.
In BIOS, go to Storage, then Storage options - Removable media boot - Enabled, and
- Hard drive boot order - USB.
Don’t forget F10 to accept changes when you finish.
That helped me, I had the same problem, could not boot from USB, and system did not even see USB drive.
After described interventions, I managed to boot from USB and install the OS.
