Product: HP Compaq DC 7900
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
i have a Hp Compaq dc 7900 that does not boot past the bios. It power on very well the n reads the ram then stops at displaying Hp Compaq DC 7900 Convirtible minitower press F2 for setup utility but when you press the indicated function keys it hangs up and nothing happens.
Can someone help please

Try a different keyboard.
Or:
- power-off your computer,
- power-on your computer, and immediately and repeatedly tap the F2 key.
If it still does not enter BIOS SETUP, then you probably have a failing motherboard -- expensive to replace.
What is the model-number?
How old is the computer?
