Product: HP Z440 Base Model Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I boot with my USB external hard drive (which does not have windows on it) system comes up. If I unplug USB and try to boot, it stops at boot HP splash screen. Does not even get to the prompt I have about a 10 second POST delay. I can press ESC key and get message about starting setup menu but it actually doesn't come up. I ran SPECCY and all is fine green.
I have PCIe Z turbo 512 drive with windows on it and an internal SSD which I cloned to the 512 drive. BIOS is set to start from the SSD drive and windows system tells me it started from Volume2 which I think is the SSD.
Is this a power issue?
