Hello Community: I have an HP Desktop PC , OS of Microsoft Windows 10 ( 64 BIT ).
When I do a new Boot Up of the Pc, a Generic web browser open on the desktop.
In order to get to my Google Chrome Browser I have to close the first browser that is on my screen.
Then I can open Google Chrome to browse the web.
I am enclosing a Photo of the browser that pops up on my screen at Bootup.
I hope there is a way to keep the browser from popping up when I first Bootup .
Thanks for your help.

Scan for "Malicious" software. Generally speaking this is software that is not considered a virus or trojan. It performs unwanted functions such as downloading newer advertisements or reporting what the users is looking to buy and offering alternative suggestions. Typically free games have these apps.
Type MRT in the windows search bar.
Do you know what browser? Edge, Chrome, Firefox etc?
It may not even be a browser. It may be an application. Run windows task manager and look at startup applications and see if there's something that looks suspicious. Disable it. If that doesn't help then re-enable it and pick another one to disable,

Hello BeemerBiker; Thanks for the information, not much help in solving my situation. so I think that I will just leave My PC on 24/7 that way I will not have to worry about that browser page opening when I boot up my PC.
Thanks Again

FWIT, I did a search for that image that you showed and it appears to pop up in a lot of Amazon advertisements
Did that MRT scan find anything? It must be run as administrator.
