I tried internal and my dedicated graphics, tried replacing BIOS battery, checked ram, im not sure what Else i can do now, it doesnt give Any beep Signals either, unless i start without ram so that means it does have a beeper. Also, after waiting some time the CPU Fan literally turns into a jet engine, its quite terrifying

I was told this, and I have since confirmed this, that Windows will *by default" re-execute that last boot process that you have used, even if that does not work, unless you go into the UEFI settings and change the default boot order.

So, my guess is that it is trying to boot from the external drive -- and since you probably do NOT have that connected, it is pausing waiting for it to be found.

You have to get into the UEFI settings to fix this.  Different PCs use different keys, but Esc, or F2m F10, F11 -- one of these should work. And when you reboot, don't just press the key once, and do not hold it down -- instead, press it rapidly 5 times, wait a few seconds, and do that -- and keep doing that until it beeps or you get into the UEFI settings menu.

Good Luck

Yea i know that but its not even posting, look at the video

The video is really dark -- so it's hard to see any details -- as there appears to be an empty white box on the screen.  If there is text inside that box, it can not be seen in the video.

I don't know if this will work -- but if you open the desktop case, remove the CMOS battery, and short the pins, that should then reset the UEFI settings to default -- which if this works, will then try to boot from the "first" internal drive it sees, not an external drive.

Already tried clearing cmos, ive did pretty much everything i can and ive come to the conclusion its either random Mainboard or CPU fail or the BIOS got bricked

Sorry. clearing the CMOS was the last-ditch thing I could think of.  I can't see how merely booting from an external drive could damage anything in the PC because, at worst, it would simply not work.

Even BIOS recovery requires you to be able to boot using a USB stick -- so is even that not possible?

Nope not possible 😧

Sorry, then there's nothing more you can do.  Perhaps taking it to a computer repair place might help, but I don't know offhand what they could do, either.
