I did not FORGET password, because didn't ever set any password or got into BIOS before.

The contact page only has the automated AI and link to here. 

Any link to direct chat or phone for HP support India would be helpful.

The second link is to the HP International contacts page -- and I verified that it has contacts for India.

I guess they have no online chat or direct voice call support option for products not under warranty, sent out a few mails to emails from there.
