There is no default BIOS password, so there is nothing we can provide you.

 

I wish we could help you, but sorry, due to recent changes in Community policy, we are no longer able to provide any assistance with password reset or recovery issues.

Also please note that now, to resolve a forgotten BIOS password issue, a system board replacement is required -- and additional customer costs apply.

I did not FORGET password, because didn't ever set any password or got into BIOS before.

 

The contact page only has the automated AI and link to here. 

 

Any link to direct chat or phone for HP support India would be helpful.

I guess they have no online chat or direct voice call support option for products not under warranty, sent out a few mails to emails from there.
