HP ENVY Desktop - 750-424

Hello. 

 

I own the HP Envy Desktop - 750 - 524.

 

When I start the computer it comes up with the error message "Invalid or missing product information"

"The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid."

 

I have downloaded the HP NbDmiFit 2.13. 

When I run the program in the BIOS after following the instructions, it comes up with another error: Vendor code not supported in this package."

Perhaps I tried applying an outdated version or one that is not compatible.

 

Please advise.

I see you are experiencing issues with the  HP ENVY Desktop gets error Invalid or missing product information.

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Click on this link for Product Information not valid error message.
  • Try doing Reset PC Keep my files and check if it works.

Originally I tired following the link you provided. Upon initial inspection the hardware within the PC is all functioning as intended.

 

Do you have any advise as to which NbDmiFit X.XX goes with the 2017  HP Envy Desktop - 750 - 524 ?

Unfortunately, I've already observed all links provided by the Acer forums.

 

Do you have any advice as to which patch number (X.XX) is associated with the correct NbDmiFit for the Envy 750, in order to register the correct Cat #, Serial # and Product #.
