Product: HP EliteDesk 805 G8 Small Form Factor PC (2C1Z3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Two days ago my PC would not boot.  Just get spinning white circle on black screen.  I tried the recommended BIOS Sure Start fix but didn't help.  (Aka turn off/on Secure Start Secure Boot Keys Protection.). Unplugged all devices except keyboard and mouse.  Current BIOS T06 ver. 02.12.01.  Tried to update BIOS as recommended but would only allow me to revert to 02.12.0.  Any help greatly appreciated.

HP Recommended

Now when trying network BIOS update it says MS Windows BitLocker Encryption is enabled and must be suspended before BIOS is flashed.  Says to obtain BDE recovery password or recovery PIN.  I don't remember turning on BDE so don't know where to find a p/w or PIN.  Ugh.
