HP Envy 23 TouchSmart All in One PC screen blank.

Envy 23 TouchSmart All in One PC

I have completed all troubleshooting via virtual assistant except opening the guts of the computer. Turns on, heat fan, see light on power button...screen blank. Will not turn off via power button. What do I do next?

@Kwtchyrbellyakn Have you reset the computer to release excessive static? If not, use the below steps:

  • Ensure your device is OFF.
  • Unplug all the external devices (If any).
  • Disconnect the power cord from the PSU,
  • Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.
  • Connect the power supply (power cord).
  • Press the power button to turn on your desktop.
