Greetings @Jonas0214

Welcome to the HP Forum.

There is no quick fix for your problem in a Forum.

The symptom you are seeing usually suggests there is an indeterminate component power fault which is causing the power supply to shut down to prevent additional component damage.

The external power supply could also have a problem.

Try starting the PC with only the monitor connected to see what happens. Try different video out cables and different PC rear I/O video outputs.

Then disconnect internal drives and WIFI to check for stability.

You would then have to try a different power supply and, well, the MB might be causing the problem. And the processor or RAM might be doing this as well.

You can try some of the simple stuff per above at no additional cost. But at some point, if you can't isolate the problem, it may be advisable to have a local PC Tech take a look if the PC is out of warranty.

Regards
