Product: HP Envy Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The thread covering the freezing issues seems to have been lock due to inactivity. 

HP Envy TE01-1177c bought at Costco last fall.

Has anyone else tried installing the new BIOS F.23 Rev. A released on 01/18/2021? The fixes lists hangs when playing audio or video. I just installed it yesterday and so far so good, no freezing yet. Just curious about others who had been posting about this problem.
