Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just reopened this to share how I got past the Logo (Hit ESC Key to enter setup) screen on my old HP Zbook.  I went through all the recommended fixes but they did not work. I wound up pulling the memory modules and booting the computer without them.  That forced the computer into a diagnostic mode that allows you locate and resolve the problem.

I had a similar problem and discovered that the BIOS was doing a long memory test and simply left the LOGO on the screen while doing the test.
