Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP laptop (windows 11) is stuck at the spinning circle after my friend trolled me into disabling all services from System Configuration app. I got it back working after factory resetting everything but the next day aka today when I woke up  it was looping boot, I went to BIOS menu to update everything but it took me back to the boot screen, so I went to system recovery where I went last time to factory reset but it was also stuck at the boot, then after 3 power offs and on it went to automatic repair but later showed me the blue screen with the text "your device ran into a problem and needs to restart, we will restart it for you" then took me back to the boot screen. And I have no other computers or laptops to install windows on from my USB so I am dead also, please help.
