My labtop was working normally but I tried to recovery the BIOS because of some problems

I tried to recovery the BIOS by this method:

in first i try after Turn off the computer

Press and hold the Windows key and the B key at the same time, and then press and hold the Power button for 2 to 3 seconds.

 

But the system restart

And I repeat the previous steps but press the Windows key and the V key then the screen still does not display !

then I trun off the computer and trun on but The same problem: screen still does not display!!

 

 

What do I do to restart the computer again?

Please try performing the BIOS recovery using the USB flash drive.
