Product: OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
HP Omen randomly powers down. Each time I reboot I have to enter my Bitlocker key. I performed the UEFI diagnostic tests and it passed.
Desktop is still covered under warranty until December 18, 2022. Going to my support dashboard only sends me to an endless loop with the virtual agent. Does not appear to be any way to contact an agent even thought I am still under warranty. Maddening.
