OMEN 40L Gaming Desktop GT21-1355st

HI, I just bought an HP OMEN 40L Gaming Desktop GT21-1355st, but whenever it wakes up from sleep, the monitor screen, all the USB ports (keyboard of course), and bluetooth mouse stop working. I have to turn the power off and on to be able to use the computer.

I have tried EVERYTHING (I mean it), all drivers, bios, windows, you name it all up to date. I meddled with POWER, DEVICE settings etc. nothing would sold this.
