Hi there,
Not sure if anyone can help me. I spilled some wine on my keyboard. The PC started going nuts, Keyboard/Hardware issue. I tried powering off the PC by holding button as standard until it switches off, but that wasent working. I had to unplug it from the mains.
Now the PC is coming on and off continuesly. I had 3 or 5 beeps followed by 2 beeps. At first, now it just powers on and off every 2 seconds. Doesn't boot.
I've unplugged everything, apart from CPU.
Graphics Card, Ram Chips, Reset BIOS by taking out the CMOS battery. It's still doing the same thing. I've tried both ram sticks in individually, Graphics card plugged in. still same issue.
Powers On for 2 seconds then turns off, continuesly. No more beeps, just repeats this cycle. What could be the cause, this happens even if ram is not inserted and whilst the cmos battery is not in the motherboard. I'm confused.
My guesses would be, either a PSU failure or Motherboard Failure. seen as all other hardware parts are unplugged and its doing the same thing. Thank you for any help in advance!
