HP Recommended

Good morning, I have two issues that occur on my HP Omen Gaming Desktop.

 

The first occurs after I leave my pc on after startup. I walk away for a few minutes, comeback and its stuck on. The screen is black but the computer is still on. Even if I hold the power button it wont do a hard shutoff. So I have to completely shut off the power strip that it is connected to. It's almost stuck in a sleep mode and wont come back unless I restart it completely. 

 

The other issue is when the PC is on, it'll do a freeze/lag type of thing that occurs for about 3 seconds, it almost sounds like a robotic noise. It happens at least once while my PC is on, even if I'm not pushing the limits on the computer.
