Greetings,
I have purchased HP Omen 16.1 almost 2 weeks ago and as soon as I begun playing games I started to see that the device is going to lock screen, as if I have hit Windows+L keys. It also randomly hits a key which most certainly tarnish my gaming experience. E.g. Age of Empires 2 : Definative edition, it opens the chat box as if I have hit "Enter" from my key board. or opens another dialogue box that requires at least 2 keys simultaneously to be stroke.
In addition to the my difficulty, I want to not ethat I tried to change the board category to"Gaming Notebooks" but your page does not allow me to do that.
Features:
i7-12700H
1 TB
16 GB SODIM DDR5 SDRAM
Windows 11
NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3050 Ti 4 GB
Please assist
