I have had my HP Pavilion desktop TG01 for years without any problems, but now I can't get it to run for more than a few minutes. The system freezes (locks up) without notice and needs to be hard booted.   Sometimes that mouse and keyboard lock up and other times the screen would go blank and after a few minutes the system would reboot on its own.

I updated the BIOS version and all drivers. I performed the HP UEFI diagnostics extensive testing and passed.   I have also tried running the system in Safe Mode (still crashed).  I removed the graphics card and booted up with the onboard graphics and still crashed. I cannot trace and retrieve the critical event errors before the computer locks up again.   I also reloaded Windows completely with the install data coming from the Internet.

I have performed all the steps you provided. I ran extensive systems diagnostics and updated all the drivers. The SSD currently has only 13% wear.  I have also checked for overheating. It is strange because the computer has been performing normally since purchasing it a few years ago.
