Good morning,
I have a HP PRO ONE 440 G5 with Windows 10, which won't boot.
when I try to turn it on, three long and four short beeps are heard, the sequence repeats five times and then stops, the computer stays off.
I've tried turning it on with no device inserted, booting with an ubuntu live usb and with a windows 10 bootable usb. Nothing changes.

Hi:
Chapter 9, page 108 of the maintenance and service guide indicates that the PC has suffered a power failure of some kind.
3.4 The system board displays a power failure (crowbar).*
This link has some troubleshooting steps.
HP Desktop PCs - Computer beeps or a light blinks during startup | HP® Customer Support
The red light blinks three times, and then four, short white light blinks (3 long red, 4 short white)
This condition indicates a potential power system failure.
Reduce to minimum configuration (CPU, System board, PSU, 1 DIMM of memory), and then isolate the failed component.
Reduce further if issue persists.
Test your system with a known good PSU.
Contact HP Customer Support for further assistance to replace the component, system board, processor (CPU), or PSU if the issue persists.
