HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q110na (Touch)

I have 2 of these machines in store for repair, since about 4 days ago they now Blue Screen with the ACPI_BIOS_ERROR when a GPU driver is installed. both have the same AMD GPU in them. I wanted to try to roll back the BIOs or see if an update is available but the Driver page for this model has been cleaned out and is now empty. Does anyone have these file, I seen an other thread asking for bios files but the answer provided was for a 23-q100 (I tried those bios files they did not work)

I have one of these machines in too. 23-Q110NA. BIOS date 09/01/2015 - I'm not sure if yours is the same?

Started blue screening after a Windows update. Tried to roll the update back but still the same issue. I'm going to play around with the graphics driver and let you know if I have any joy

Hi,

I see you guys are having the same issue I had.

I restored to factory BIOS. This cleared my BSOD. When I did a windows update it screwed a few things on the PC. Restoring BIOS, for me, got me passed the BSOD. Don't know why Windows updates would affect it but I have resolved my issues. Maybe it might help you.

See my updated post for a clearer idea of what worked for me.

Hi, Could you double check in your device manager that under "Display Adapters" your GPU isnt using Microsoft basic display driver. I had a moment i thought it was fixed but found it just stopped trying to install the driver.
