HP Pavilion 500-281 Desktop In Boot Loop

Help, My desktop is stuck in a boot loop.  I turn it on, it sits for about 1.5 minutes, then restarts.  Nothing comes on my monitor.  I have tried every F fuction there is and nothing comes up.  I have pulled out cords, Ram, and things and blown them out and reconnected with no success.  This is my work computer and has all our financials on it.  Please any help would be great.

This sounds like hardware related issue with the computer, however, shipping the unit in for physical diagnosis will resolve the issue,

Note: You can remove the HDD from this computer and you can connect to a different computer or laptop to retrieve the file/data.
