Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My brothers pc would boot, then stop. I've checked all connections and unplugged replugged, Held button for 10-20 seconds. Could the PSU be faulty?

I am not a HP employee.

 

Please provide specific symptoms. Is the PC completely dead or do fans start, do you hear HDD sounds, or any LED activity on the PC, or momentary video?

 

A dead PC could be the power supply.

 

The cause could be something else depending on the symptoms.
