HP Pavilion 590-p0100na working just fine until I tried to remove MacAffee and some other software. Now when I turn it on it won't even go to the BIOS. Just hangs. I hear a little bit of the drive and then nothing. No clue what to do here.

Unplug from wall and press the on button 2-3 times
Plug back in and hold down the on button for 15 - 20 seconds
Try tapping the ESC key and see if you can run diagnostics.

If you reinstalled the BIOS you will need to clear the CMOS.
It probably should be done using jumpers or removing the battery.
Unplug from wall. Press power button 2-3 times to discharge capacitors, then open case.
Touch metal case with finger before popping battery off

The 15 second test is supposed to start with the system off. Hold the power button down for 15-20 then release.

Have you tried the USB flash recovery? 2nd part of 3 in the link below
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3932413-2337994-16
after downloading and running sp149515.exe use the "create a recover USB" on an 8gb flash that has LED lights
use the file manager to go into the flash drive and copy and paste the two below files into the root of the USB.
Do not move them, copy from "Hewlett-Packard\DIOS\New" to the root of the USB
0843B.bin
0843B.sig
Try booting the flash drive and watch the light to see if it loads. If you do not see it load, then try the WIn + B key
and see if those files can load.
It is possible to buy a bios, replace motherboard, or flash using an inexpensive USB tool that attaches to the bios chip on the motherboard.
