I want to upgrade my cpu but I can't find an update for my bios, its irritating me and I can't find any information about it.

Your PC's HP 'Sunflower' motherboard supports the processors on the list at the link below:

 

HP Desktop PCs - motherboard specifications, Sunflower | HP® Support

 

The AMD Ryzen 7 2700 and Ryzen 5 2600 processors require you to install a graphics card because the onboard AMD graphics is not supported for those processors.

 

You do not need to update the BIOS to install any of the processors on the above list and updating the BIOS will not get any newer processor to work in your PC's motherboard.

 

Your PC's motherboard has a SSID of 8433.

 

The latest BIOS update for the 8433 motherboard can be found at the link below (F.60).
