Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a240se
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased my HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a240se in February of 2018 (last year), and while it has not been an exemplary machine, it has given me no problems since then. I used it yesterday (4/14/19) and it showed no signs of malfunction.

Today, I woke up and tried to turn it on and it is completely unresponsive. I get no beeps, lights, or any other indicators that the computer itself is attempting to function. I have run through the troubleshooting steps here on the website to no avail (yes, I unplugged everything including the power supply, tried a hard reset while unplugged, unplugged all non-essential ports, etc).

At this point I can determine that the power cord is getting power as the brick has power and the indicator on the back of the computer itself has an LED light that shows it is being powered. Other than that, I have no idea why is has decided to fail. There were no electrical storms or any surges, even though I did have it plugged into a protector.

Please advise if there are any other steps that I can follow for recovering my product. It is incredibly frustrating that my computer is just under two months out of warranty and has seemingly completely died with no rhyme or reason as to why.

Thank you!
