Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PC hangs during the installation or boot process This Pc is one year old.

I recovered BIOS.

Just want to get a command prompt or get me going on the installation or Boot Process.

When you power-on your computer, is there an option to run the HP Hardware Diagnostics?

Not sure if it's the same issues, but HP has released a fix for affected models that go to black screen after login. Go to the link below and then search for your model--the driver to fix it is sp81965
