HP Recommended

HP Pavilion Desktop - TP01-1026 powers on, the power button in the front lights up, and fans spin, lights blink on NIC, however, no POST is happening

I've reseated the memory DIMMS, I've removed the CMOS battery, I've unplug-replug power connectors to the motherboard, SATA cables, NVMe disk.

I don't know what else to do. 

Would appreciate any help. Thank you
