Under Warranty?

 

You register the product and it shows the start date as when it left the Factory, then it updates to the Born On Date, in my case.

My HP Pavilion 590-P0050 which I purchased  2018 Black Friday can't be turned on.

There had been an unusually loud fan noise before the screen turned suddenly yellow-greenish.

All I saw is the yellow-greenish color on the screen. All menues and buttons disappeared.

Power button did not work. So I had to turn the power off using  the switch of a surge protector into which the power cable of my PC was plugged.

 

Over the past one hour, I tried to turn the power on dozens of times,   Only twice, I could turn it on.

However, it did not boot up.  Six-to-seven white small circles kept rotating on the screen indiefinitely.

I do not know what to do. I am a resident in Chesapeake, VA.  I purchased the PC from Office Max near the Chesapeake Square Mall on Nov.22, 2018.
