HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0010

I attempted to upgrade my RAM and started getting the 3.2 memory error beep code. I have a RAM set and confirmed both slots and both cards work individually by putting one card in each slot and testing it. The issue only occurs with both cards inserted at the same time. I've tried resetting my CMOS, updating BIOS, etc. I can use either card in either slot with no issues.

you didn't answer me here
so always at the same point
you only have a few options,
incompatibility between modules
slot/motherboard problem
so if you buy the exact same module as the new one, both slots work, but it still doesn't work, I'm afraid no other possible solutions
