Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg0073cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Daughters laptop is stuck on a bitlocker screen. It is not worthless. We did not install bitlocker. Was this laptop sold as NEW, but actually a used laptop?

I could not get recovery media from HP, nothing. Please do not tell me to go to the media site, that does not work.

In that case it is not permitted to post instructions about locked password, bios password, windows password cause security measures.



According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
