Product: HP Pavilion

My HP Pavilion All in One will not move past the screen saver to give me the sign in option.  I have tried shutting the computer down, but no help.  I can tell the mouse is working because the pointer moves on the screen.  Very frustrated!

HP Recommended

Control-Alt-Delete opened the computer to the sign-in page.  Never had to do that before.  Wondering if this is a sign of another issue?
