Product: HP Pavillion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am continually having issues with my desktop unit shutting down and rebooting while I am in the middle of something. My IT company logged in and said it appeared as though my processor was working hard. The HP support team told me it is more likely a software issue inside the operating system that is corrupt. Not sure where to begin and who to pay to figure this out.
