HP ProDesk 600 G3 Microtower PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello HP Community Experts,

I have an HP ProDesk 600 G3 Microtower PC (Product Number: Y3E02AV) that is currently stuck in "Manufacturing Programming Mode" (MPM) due to a missing/blank Feature Byte in the BIOS DMI table.

Whenever I try to re-enter the code manually from the physical label, the BIOS rejects it with a "CRC Failed" error because the chassis sticker is physically damaged and partially illegible.

As per community guidelines, I did not post the serial number publicly here, but I have the official Serial Number ready to provide to an HP Agent or HP Expert via Private Message (PM) to retrieve the original factory Feature Byte string.

Could someone please reach out to assist with this?

Thank you.
