Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I've recently bought a computer from ebay refurbished and when I boot the power on the computer says "Post error" Real time clock power loss" please someone help me.

That would most likely be the CMOS battery needs to be replaced.  It is a coin looking battery about the size of a nickel with SR 2032 on it.
