Product: Prodesk 400 G5 sff
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have several HP Prodesk 400 G5 SFF all exhibiting the same problem. When they are unplugged or power is lost for event 1 minute, the BIOS settings reset. The coin batteries are all good, and have replaced many times with brand new ones. Issue still persists. Please help. I am at my wits end!

@GetWrekt -- something, other than the batteries, is definitely wrong.

 

If the computers are less than 12 months old, exercise the HP Warranty to get them repaired/replaced, at HP's expense.
