Product: HP ProDesk 400 G6 Desktop Mini PC RCTO Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have HP Prodesk 400 G6 mini PC. I used Option USB type C card for power and display (using power source 65W from the dell S2422HZ monitor). Recently, I bought another Option USB Type C and want to test. I replaced the original one with this one. The PC didn't turn on. I changed back to the original one, it turn on continuous light. I plugged out the type C power cable and the pc won't turn on again, even with the power cable 65W. I noticed a light from the mainboard lighted on when I plugged the power cable in, but the power light button doesn't turn on. Anyone have a clue what has happened?
