HP Proliant ML110 G5

Hello,
I have got a problem with my second hand server board HP Proliant ML110 G5. Everything looks fine till end of post BIOS phase when on a screen you can see PC parameters like CPU model, Bios version etc., and the last information is:
"Fan failed/missing. System prepare to shutdown."...and there is shutdown...
I have the CPU cooler from this model but with it attached motherboard also shutdowns, same with standard Intel cooler. There is no fan options to change in a bios (at least in this version).
System bios: 015 (07/15/2008) Phoenix TrustedCore(tm) Server, version 1.08.00

Intel E2160, 3967M system ram.

Any ideas? I can not find any bios update on the web, or solution for this model of motherboard...

Regards,
James

I have not found a clear image of your motherboard on Google Images, but it seems like the motherboard has several connectors for 3-wire fans.  Can you temporarily put a fan onto every connector, and then try your motherboard?

Thanks for tip.
I plugged this server model CPU cooler into CPU fan (0,41A, and it seems to be working with two other fans if they summary >0,41A) and a one 140mm 0,26A fan into another slot and it is working like a charm 🙂
I will test OS when I would have enough free time.
Thank you.
