HP Slim Desktop PC S01-pF2000i (52Z19AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Slim Desktop S01-pF2003wb is stuck on the BIOS recovery screen after trying to install an Intel ARC A310 video card. It shows a QR code and a link, but both take me to a "page not found" webpage. I also checked the software and drivers section for all of the bundles that contain a S01-pF2003wb, and there are no BIOS updates or any software of any kind. Where can I download the BIOS recovery files so I can continue to use my PC?

According to the parts list, your PC has a Groot3 motherboard with a SSD of 885F.

Below is the link to the latest BIOS update for that motherboard SSID:

Here's how to create a BIOS recovery drive and how to recover the BIOS:

Here is how to use the BIOS recovery flash drive after it has been successfully created:

After you create the USB BIOS recovery drive, follow the instructions that show up after the USB recovery drive has been successfully created, which I believe are as follows:

1. Power off the device to be recovered.

2. Insert the USB flash drive into a USB port.

3. Power on the device.

4. The device may reboot up to 3 times with indicator lights on the keyboard flashing, or the screen appearing blank for short time.

Hopefully, that will fix the problem for you.
