The other night our HP TouchSmart 610 crashed after watching a video and went into reboot mode. However, it appeared to crash again and now it's dead. There is no indication of life at all, no lights no beeps, nothing. At the time of the crash the external power supply appeared to feel very warm, so I checked the voltage and its only 17V not the 19.5V that appears on the case as the output voltage. Is this enough voltage drop for the PC to no work or is it a internal hardware issue. We really like this PC and would like to get it working again. I am looking for any help or suggestions.
