Current = ok (green light on the back)
Machine does not start up.

I see that you are not able to start your HP TouchSmart 520-1000be Desktop PC. Do not worry, we are here to help you with it.

 

May I know if you have made any recent hardware or software changes to your system?

When was the last time it was working fine?

Do you see anything on the screen?

This was very helpful.
The problem is solved.
It was the battery next to the RAM.
