HP Z2 SFF G9 Workstation Desktop PC (4Y0G1AV)

I bought a HP Z2 SFF G9 Workstation Desktop PC in March this year, but it won't boot since very early of September.  After power on, the fan will run for about 20 seconds, but after this it will turn off. Nothing shows on the screen. I have tried all the methods I can find online, but I still cannot fix the problem. I contacted HP support and they said the motherboard needs to be replaced. Since it is still under warranty, they said they will send motherboard to the technician and have the technician come to onsite to fix my PC.

About three weeks, I contacted HP support, and they said the motherboard is in back order. Two weeks ago, they say the motherboard would be delivered in that week, but nothing happened. Then they say  the motherboard would be delivered last Monday, and then nothing happened. Then they say the motherboard would be delivered last Thursday, and then nothing happened. Then they say the motherboard would be delivered this Monday, but still nothing happened. I contacted HP support this Monday again, and they say the motherboard is still in back order. Any one see this situation before? Any idea of how to handle this?
