Product: HP Z2 SFF G9 Workstation Desktop PC RCTO Base Model

I often have to wait 5 or more minutes from cold boot just to get to the BIOS splash screen (hp PROTECTED BY HP WOLF SECURITY).  It's just a black screen (NOT no video, otherwise my monitor would indicate no signal).  After several minutes, it eventually shows the splash screen and everything is normal after that.

I have unchecked all the boxes under Sure Start and that hasn't made any difference.  When the problem doesn't occur, the splash screen comes up immediately and I get to windows login within seconds (when it's working properly, takes less than 30 seconds to get from cold start to windows desktop).  Keep in mind this is a problem before I even get the splash screen, so disk cleanup, etc isn't going to help.

Workstation was purchased this year.  BIOS was installed in June.
