HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a few brand new Z4 G4 Workstations and need to upgrade them for Avid.

I'm upgrading the CPU to a W-2265 processor, 128GB RAM, 1TB NVMe boot drive, and an A4000 GPU.

After I install the the processor along with an upgraded CPU fan/heatsink with 4 copper pipes vs the stock 3 and use a 6 pin to 5 pin adapter Im getting a 511 CPU fan not detected. The thing is I have successfully built 11 of these machines configured exactly like mentioned above. Sometimes I get this POST error.

I've tried different fan/heatsink, reseating the RAM, reseating the CPU, updating the BIOS.

Any ideas?
